Please allow for additional processing days beyond the 15 typical days when ordering due to a viral tweet/post or in the month of November and December due to influx of orders (Black Friday, Christmas shopping). ALL orders will be shipped out by 12/10 to ensure it arrives by Christmas

Return Policy
No returns on purchased art, unless damaged by DeeLashee. DeeLaShee Artistry is not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages due to shipping or USPS. Please email DeeLashee1@gmail.com for a resolution, I will do my best to work towards a solution with you.

Non-Art Print Returns
Due to the nature of my business, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order does arrive damaged or defective, I’ll do my best to make it right. Please email me at Deelashee1@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your order and include:
A clear description of the issue
Photos of the damaged or defective item
Once I receive your email and review the details, I’ll work with you to provide a resolution, if possible. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting independent artists. Address Change
Wrong address: please contact DeeLaShee1@gmail.com and wait for a confirmation that your new address was received. If your order has already been shipped before receiving an address change, unfortunately you are not eligible for a refund or reship. Please double check your address or email me promptly once you notice an error.

Processing Times

Your order will take UP TO 15 DAYS. I am a small business. Each item is made in house by me. You will have to wait the FULL 15 DAYS sometimes. Please do not email me about your order until the 16th day of not receiving a tracking number.
